1. Controller
LPP Holding (“we”), with registered office in Prague, Czech Republic, operates this media portal. For any privacy-related matter, contact us at info@lp-praha.cz.
2. What we collect
To provide access to our product documentation we ask for your first name, last name, company or organisation, and e-mail address. With each download we also record the document accessed, the date and time, your IP address and browser identification.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process this data to provide the requested documentation, to understand professional interest in our products and, where appropriate, for follow-up business contact. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in controlling the distribution of product documentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not send newsletters or any marketing communications.
4. Cookies
The download system sets a single functional cookie that remembers your submission for 30 days so you are not asked to fill in the form repeatedly, and — for password-protected documents — a temporary access cookie valid for 24 hours. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Storage and sharing
Your data is stored on our own infrastructure within the European Union. It is not shared with third parties, not transferred outside the EU/EEA, and access is limited to authorised LPP Holding personnel.
6. Retention
Contact details and download records are retained for as long as they remain relevant to our business relationship, at most three years from your last download, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier erasure at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@lp-praha.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
